What is Organic Balsamic Vinegar?
The Organic Balsamic Vinegar is produced from a selection of organically grown grapes and according to the specifications of the "PGI specification". The (organic) certification guarantees that consumers comply with the highest standards of ecological production. Organic balsamic vinegar is the ideal vinegar for daily use on salads, cooked and raw vegetables, meat dishes and many traditional Italian recipes.
Like balsamic vinegar, organic balsamic vinegar is also produced without the addition of Sugar. Since it is a biological product, it is obtained using exclusively natural products, i.e. without the use of
- Pesticides, Insecticides and Herbicides.
- genetically modified organisms (GMO)
The Organic Seal
The Organic Seal certifies that the balsamic vinegar has been produced in accordance with the requirements of EU Regulation No. 834 of 2007. The organic seal is located on the front or back label of the bottle and consists of a stylized leaf, the center rib and leaf margin of which are marked with white stars on a green background.
Is Organic Balsamic a "Real Balsamic"?
Organic Balsamic Vinegar meets all the strict requirements for balsamic vinegar. It is therefore manufactured exclusively in the Italian provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It is therefore a real balsamic in every respect.
Giusti Organic Balsamic Vinegar
Giusti Organic Balsamic Vinegar is only produced with must and aged wine vinegar, which come exclusively from organic cultivation and are matured in French oak barrels.
The organic balsamic vinegar by Giuseppe Giusti is fragrant and spicy, has a good acetic acid, which is due to the sweetness of the cooked musts is balanced.
