The manufacturing of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Abruzzo it's featured by old-centuries olive-trees: the romans introduced the olive-trees cultivations and the manufacturing of the oil from the V century b.C. The varieties of olive-trees that are the most cultivated are Leccino, Nebbio, Dritta, Toscolana, Frantoio, Moraiolo, with olive-trees presents over the hills near the coast and in the inside at the bottom of the Appennino at a hight of 600/700mt.
