The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Classico Bag in Box 3lt Quattrociocchi is produced from carefully selected olives Itrana, Moraiolo and Leccino, cultivated in the organic farm of Quattrociocchi in Alatri. The olive groves are located on Ernici, they are all exposed to the sun and caressed by the breeze foothills. The hand-picked olives are milled daily in the Quattrociocchi's mill.

Aroma:

to the smell it is definite and rotund, with the notes of medium ripe tomato, celery and black pepper, plus ample vegetal hints of artichoke, lettuce and chicory

Taste:

to the taste it is elegant, with tones of herbs, mint, basil and sage in evidence. Bitterness and spicy are balanced.
