The Extra virgin olive oil PGI Sicilia Agrestis is a medium fruity oil with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certification produced from the selection of the best Sicilian cultivars. The cultivation of the olive groves destined for the production of the PGI and the environmental conditions are optimal for obtaining a production of extra virgin olive oil with the chemical-physical and organoleptic characteristics peculiar to the area. It is produced with scrupulous care, from harvesting to milling, from conservation to bottling, making use of the most innovative technologies in the protection of all hygiene and quality standards.

Aroma:

to the nose there is an exceptional combination of tomato and wild herbs.

Taste:

to the palate it shows notes of artichoke and tomato. Spicy and bitter are balanced.

Uses:
