Aroma:

to the smell it is perceived in a complex and fascinating way, featured by intense herbaceous smell with stand out remindings of fruity artichoke, cardoon and tomato.

Taste:

to the taste it is perceived at first sight with elegant notes artichoke, cardoon, tomato and balsamic herbs such as sage and mint. A jolt of bitter and pungency combine harmoniously.
