The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Lorenzo 5 Nocellara pitted produced by Barbera is a monocultivar olive oil from green Nocellara olives, grown in the high hills and carefully pitted. It is a pitted olive oil with a light aroma and a sweet and delicate taste with a particular density. Extracting the oil from the olive pulp alone allows us to obtain a product free of tannins (present in the olive stone) and bitterness (present in the small almond located inside the stone). Great sweetness and aroma make this oil particularly suitable for use in the preparation of pastry desserts. It is also perfect for seasoning fish-based dishes.

Aroma:

spicy and herbaceous, clear and persistent.

Taste:

fruity with high intensity. Good balance with an aftertaste of green tomato and bitter almond on the finish.

Uses:

finishing of large dishes, to enhance all dishes with a strong flavour, red meats and legumes.
