The Extra virgin olive oil Olià by Barbera is an extra virgin olive oil that was conceived and developed by the women of 'Premiati Oleifici Barbera', the heart of the workforce of the historic Sicilian company. For every single bottle sold, part of the proceeds will be donated to an association to support projects in favor of gender equality. OLIÀ, cold-extracted from Biancolilla olives, one of the oldest varieties of the Sicilian territory with a light, gentle and elegant taste, is suitable for accompanying and enhancing all recipes from haute cuisine to everyday dishes.
