The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Verdemare Itrana by Cosmo di Russo is an extra virgin olive oil, monovarietal Itrana, dedicated to the sea and its colours. In the bottle there is all the passion for the land where it is produced. Produced exclusively with olives from the Itrana cultivar harvested when the drupes are still completely green, it has mown grass and green tomato as its predominant notes. To be enjoyed raw to prepare salads and fish and meat dishes.

Aroma:

medium-intense fruity with hints of tomato, artichoke and almond.

Taste:

medium-high spicy and bitter notes; tomato and almond aftertaste.

Uses:

panzanella, tomato salad, fish dishes, grilled meats.
