Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lazio

The manufacturing of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Lazio has ancient origins: from Etruschi that planted the first olive-trees in Tuscia and the ancient romans that developed the plantation and the production of the extra virgin olive oil in Sabina in the northern part of Rome and in Ciociara in the south of Rome. At the moment the extra virgin olive oil in Lazio is manufactured in more than 350 olive-press that have obtained awards in the whole world.
