1. Scope
For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially put our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the corrective aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the contract is English.
The contract text is not stored by us.

4. Delivery terms
In addition to the stated product prices shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the "Delivery" info page.
Shipping damaged
if you receive packages visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packaging or visibly stained by spillage from any bottles or other broken containers) you can do as follows:
- If there are several packages, reject only the damaged package to the sender by signing as "Damaged" the courier bill. We will then take care of the return of the damaged package and send it back to you.
- If, on the other hand, it is a single-piece shipment, you reject the shipment to the sender and as before we will take care of the return and return of the shipment.
Any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and returning the new one are completely at our expense.
In the case of exhaustion of the broken product, you will be contacted for a possible replacement; if you do not find any replacement product, the amounts paid will be returned to you.

5. Payment
In our shop you can use the following payment methods:
Payment with Bank transfer
If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
As part of the payment service PayPal, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can specify your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instructions to PayPal.
If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, you have to be able to pay the order amount to be registered there or register first and legitimize with your access data. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
Credit Card (with Paypal)
If you have chosen the payment method credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the amount. The payment transaction will be processed by your credit card company at the request of PayPal and your card will be charged immediately upon confirmation of the payment order and after your legitimacy as the legitimate cardholder. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

6. Warranty and guarantees
It is the statutory warranty rights. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found in the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

We are not obligated and unwilling to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
