  • the prices quoted on the website are subject to changes and/or modifications by OliveOilsItaly.com without any prior notice to the customer. These changes can be caused by changes in the price decided by the suppliers of OliveOilsItaly.com. For Sales Contracts concluded prior to the publication of these amendments, but still being implemented, will be applied the prices prevailing at the time of receipt of the Order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law as well as any Contract of Sale and subject to Italian jurisdiction. Any dispute concerning the Terms and Conditions or to the Contract of Sale shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory law for the protection of consumers.

Case of defective merchandise

In the event that the merchandise delivered should fail due to defects:

  • the merchandise will be returned to Rovial Group Srl (OliveOilsItaly.com) within 15 days after delivery.
  • postage and packaging for the return shipment shall be borne by Rovial Group Srl.
  • defective merchandise will be returned or refunded (if exhausted) by Rovial Group Srl.

Shipping damaged

If you receive packages from Rovial Group Srl (OliveOilsItaly.com) visibly damaged by courier, (broken packaging or visibly stained by leakage from any broken bottles or other containers) can do as follows:

  • If it is more packages, dismiss the damaged package to the sender by signing the bill of the courier "With Reserve". It will then be our commitment to provide the damaged box and send it back.
  • If it is a shipment of a single package, reject the shipment to the sender and as before We will take care of the return and resending shipping.

Any costs of shipping the return to the sender of the parcel and restitution will the new one are completely against Rovial Group Srl.

In the case of exhaustion of the broken product, you will be contacted for a possible replacement; you will not find any replacement product, Rovial Group Srl will return the amounts paid.

Right of withdrawal

Purchases on oliveoilsitaly.com website are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, which guarantees the right to withdraw for any reason, the purchase contract.

The following are the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal::

Procedure for withdrawal
You must send an e-mail to info@oliveoilsitaly.com containing the declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data:

  • order number and order date
  • invoice number
  • the list of products subject to withdrawal (identifying each article with the item number)
  • their bank (IBAN)

Afterwards you have to wait a communication by our Customer Service authorizing the return. of the merchandise.
