Pasta

The Pasta has a long history full of anecdotes, that begins about 7000 years ago, with man abandoning nomadic life and taking to the cultivation of land, the discovery of wheat, the art of working it, refining the grinding process, kneading it with water, spreading the dough and baking it on hot stone. In Italy, pasta began to spread from the end of the 1200s. Today pasta is the main element of the Mediterranean diet, the flagship for Made in Italy in the world.
