The farm Accademia Olearia was born in Alghero early last century, boasting this way four generations of growers. Today is managed directly by Giuseppe Fois and his family, directly following all the stages of production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from the cultivation of olive trees to the transformation of the product.
The Accademia Olearia covers about 200 hectares with over 25 thousand olive trees of cultivar Bosana and other cultivars native and national.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced is sold and distributed both domestically and in the major foreign markets, from Europe to Asia, from the US to Japan.
The Accademia Olearia is also certified BIO, manages the olive groves, processing, storage and packaging according to the product specification PDO Sardinia .
All movements of the olive oil are controlled and monitored to allow traceability of the entire production.
