In the highest areas of the hills of Verona, already well known for the production of the famous Valpolicella wine of Amareno, is also produced theExtra Virgin Olive Oil Bonamini, a high quality extra virgin olive oil. The olive cultivars used for the production of Italian excellence, are indigenous of the Favarol and Grignano, and those typical of Frantoio, Leccino and the Moraiolo. In view of the compatibility of the land on which they grow, each harvesting operation is done by hand. This ensures the integrity of the olives until they are processed into olive oil mills in the company's own Bonamini and allows a rare fragrance oil and finesse. The working process for olive oil began in 1965 up to the present day uniting more experience and expertise to produce an extra virgin olive Veneto of high quality.
