It has about 37 hectares which have always been cultivated with organic farming. One of the main reasons for the success of Case di Latomie Centonze Oil is its balanced flavor, although it is obtained from varieties of olives particularly known for their spicy and bitter characteristics (Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola, Biancolilla).
