Disisa

Disisa

For over a century, the fief Disisa has managed to transform the original grassland and arable land in lush olive groves using the latest technology.  The olive groves spanning over 60 hectares produce mainly olives of the Cerasuola variety, to which were added in 1990 other cultivars typicalof the land: Biancolilla, Nocellara Belice and Ogliarola. The new facilities are conducted in traditional agriculture. The company has a small mill that uses only for business needs, allowing in this way to grind within a few hours of harvesting the olives to preserve their quality. Are produce about 350 tons of extra virgin olive oil, for which 80% is sold abroad. The company has always been known for the high quality of its products achieved throughout a judicious mix of innovation, research and respect for tradition.
