Domenico Conserva, for all Mimì, is born and grows among olive trees, red earth and clean air. Throughout his life, Mimì has dealt with transport but in his drawer there was a dream: he loved olive trees, olives, the scent of freshly squeezed oil. He loved the color of the oil and the intense flavor of the new oil on the bread. Mimì has cultivated his dream but a bad accident has taken him away too soon. But that dream didn't go away with him because his sons, Donato and Michele, along with Giuditta, his wife, decided to carry it out. That dream has become reality and Mimì has become the name of an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of excellence. Mimi is the story of a dream and a united family.
