The company is dedicated to the care of olive groves of Coratina cultivars, among which stand out over 200 years old trees, and young plants from Peranzana, Carolea and Frantoio. The passion for nature combined with the desire to offer an excellent product has led the farm on the road to innovation and soon became one of the most technologically advanced companies.
All the steps of the production of extra virgin olive oil are followed with the utmost care to preserve the genuineness of the fruit: from harvesting to storage, from defoliation to the washing of olives to cold pressing. This constant commitment to maintaining a high quality standard in production processes, combined with the care of olive groves, leads to the yield of a superior category of extra virgin olive oil.
