Aroma:

it is fragrant, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, such as white peach and ripe apple; to the fruity, composite and complex tone, are added memories of pineapple and lemon, but also hints of white flowers and floral notes reminiscent of lime.

Taste:

it is savory, fresh and vertical, with a refreshing acidity and solid body but without excess. The finish is harmonious.

Uses:

aperitifs, delicate appetizers and fish first courses, white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
