Sparkling Wine

Sparkling Wine is a wine characterised by significant effervescence, due to dissolved carbon dioxide. The term "sparkling" refers to the development of foam which is a manifestation of effervescence. Sparkling wine is a special wine. For the production of sparkling wine are used the following vines: Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay. The production technology requires a minimum time of 3 years for the different phases.
