The White Wine Corniale IGT Marche of Il Conventino is a very good wine, produced from grapes Crossing Bruni (Verdicchio + sauvignon Blanc), who charms the nose with fruity aromas of peach white, yellow plums, apple and herbs. It is produced from grapes grown in clayey soils in prevalence, which give evident structure on the palate, where it is shown equipped with everything, freshness, flavor, heat and softness, all in a context rich but well balanced. A wine that can address important dishes.

Aroma:

the nose is taut, linear offering olfactory characterized by well-defined green notes. Green apple, kiwi, mango, sage. There are also notes of white flowers, magnolia all.

Taste:

The taste is very fruity and well chilled, denotes character and the fruits are also enriched with vegetal notes. Alcohol is perfectly integrated making the pleasant drink in its fullness.

Excellent with all types of fish and early winter or summer pasta dishes not too elaborate. It goes well with mature cheeses and white meats.
